30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you're not satisfied. We’ll happily issue a full refund as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging

You must request the return within 30 days of delivery

We do not accept returns of used, broken, or visibly worn products (unless damaged on arrival)
How to Request a Return:
You can request a return in two ways:

Or, log in to your account, view your order, select the item, and click Request a Return
We’ll respond with return instructions within 24–48 hours.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
