30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you're not satisfied. We’ll happily issue a full refund as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.


To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging

  • You must request the return within 30 days of delivery

  • We do not accept returns of used, broken, or visibly worn products (unless damaged on arrival)


How to Request a Return:

You can request a return in two ways:

  1. Email us at support@SwipeeMate.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Or, log in to your account, view your order, select the item, and click Request a Return

We’ll respond with return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method

  • We’ll email you once your refund is issued
